Seriti Resources Holdings operations

On the 1st of June 2021, Seriti Resources Holdings completed the acquisition of SAEC from South 32. This acquisition has made Seriti Power the largest supplier of coal to Eskom and one of the largest exporters of coal out of Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT). Following the acquisition, Seriti Power has six operations, with one additional project coming online. Ummbila Emoyeni is Seriti Green’s Flagship project.
